• Bailey Built Wheelchairs, affiliates and employees are not responsible or liable for any injuries, property damage, personal damage or death that could occur with a Bailey Built wheelchair.

• Bailey Built wheelchairs are not waterproof. Avoid being caught in the rain. Damage caused by water voids warranty.

• Tip over warning - Even with the anti-tipper properly installed the wheelchair can tip over. Use your wheelchair safely.

• Do not use feet on the brake release levers. Use hands only.

Warranty

• The aluminum wheelchair frame has a limited lifetime warranty. Limited to cracks, breakeage or bends under normal use.

• The electronics and battery pack have a one year warranty from date of purhcase. Electronics include the joystick and two brushless motor assemblies.

• All seating and support options added come with their separate manufacturer’s warranty. See their info for details.

• All servicable items such as tires, innertubes and bearings have no warranty

• There is no guarantee on the frame color against fading or imperfections. Powder coating can scratch.

Warranty claims

Parts for warranty will be prepped as quickly as possible. Inventory could cause delays. Once parts are ready to ship, UPS standard ground will be the chosen method of shipping.

The Bailey Built wheelchair is designed with ease of maintenance and service in mind. We may not be able to help with the labor of working on your Bailey Built.
