  • Bailey Built Wheelchairs, along with its affiliates and employees, are not responsible or liable for any injuries, property damage, personal damage, or death that may occur while using a Bailey Built wheelchair.

  • Please note that Bailey Built wheelchairs are not waterproof. Avoid exposure to rain, as water damage will void the warranty.

  • Tip-Over Warning: Even with the anti-tipper properly installed, the wheelchair can tip over. Always use your wheelchair safely.

  • Do not use your feet on the brake release levers; use your hands only.


Warranty

  • The aluminum wheelchair frame comes with a limited lifetime warranty, covering cracks, breakage, or bends under normal use.

  • The electronics and battery pack are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This includes the joystick and two brushless motor assemblies.

  • All seating and support options added to the wheelchair come with their respective manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to their information for details.

  • Serviceable items such as tires, inner tubes, and bearings are not covered by any warranty.

  • There is no guarantee against fading or imperfections in the frame color. Powder coating may scratch.


Warranty claims

Warranty parts will be prepared as quickly as possible. However, inventory levels may cause delays. Once ready, parts will be shipped via UPS standard ground. Shipping costs, including international shipping, duties, and taxes, will be covered by the client.

The Bailey Built wheelchair is designed for ease of maintenance and service. However, we may not be able to assist with the labor involved in servicing your Bailey Built wheelchair.

Repair Services After Warranty

After the warranty period has expired, Bailey Built Wheelchairs offers repair services at the client's expense. This includes parts, labor, and any associated shipping costs. For international repairs, clients will also be responsible for duties and taxes.
